Tricolour Financial Services (TFS) Private Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. TFS is set up with a vision to create 'Indian MNCs' by providing integrated financial support (equity and debt) and advisory services to potential MSMEs, helping them scale up their operations locally as well as internationally. TFS commenced business in 2018 with a core management team of internationally experienced experts.

Steps we crossed
- TFS focuses on manufacturing and value-added firms in India's SME sector, providing term loans to meet their working capital needs via collateral-free business loans.
- We provide machinery loans and loans against property (LAP) to support the growth needs of our customers.
- TFS endeavours to accomplish a faster turnaround time (TAT) and has automated related origination and management processes for lending effectively. TFS, as a non-deposit-taking NBFC, is part of the overall vision and strategy of the Tricolour Values Group.
- Envisaged as an "integrated international value proposition," an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) to be managed by Values Alternative Investments International Private Limited (VAII) is awaiting launch by related entities, with SEBI approval, with the intent to provide private equity support to worthy mid-sized enterprises meeting the criteria in terms of potential, scale, and quality.
- Thereafter, it is planned to assist the investee companies of the AIF with seed funding and other enablers to operate in overseas countries—either for, say, "last-mile production" or in other niches, such as accomplishing respective national strategies for food, pharma, and other ‘security’ needs, and ensuring disruption-free supply chain synergies.
- It is intended to commence with countries with which the Indian Government has signed Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(s) (CEPA), such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Tricolour Values Investments PSC (TVIP), established in 2018 in Dubai, UAE, would act as a sponsor of the AIF and facilitate the fund in executing its strategies overseas.
- TFS and all related entities within the Tricolour Values Group will function cohesively, with robust risk management practices, a meticulous compliance culture, and on an arm's-length basis, thus synergizing and enhancing stakeholders’ value consistently.

Mr. Suresh Kumar
Mr. Suresh Kumar is the Founder-Chairman of this company, with over 45 years of experience in senior management and governance roles in international banking and financial services institutions. He was the CEO & ExCo Member of the Emirates Bank / Emirates NBD Group (1985–2012). He was a Member and later Chairman of the Board of Directors of Federal Bank Ltd. (2005–2013), IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (2010–2015), and Fedbank Financial Services Ltd. (2009–2019).
- He is currently an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.
- He was an Independent Director on the Board of ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. (2014 to 2020).
- He was the Founder-President and is now the Chairman of the Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC), Dubai.
- He was a Founder and Board Member of the Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre (DUCTAC).
- He continues to serve on the Advisory Boards of educational institutions in India and the UAE.
Director
Mrs. Sethu Suresh Kumar
Mrs. Sethu Suresh Kumar has extensive experience in the fields of banking and education. She joined the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 1975 and worked in various divisions of the bank. She then continued her banking career as a Senior Manager with Emirates Commercial Bank in Dubai. Thereafter, she transitioned to the field of education, teaching Chemistry to IB students and serving as Head of the Science Department at an International Baccalaureate school in Dubai. Later, she became the Director of a Montessori nursery school. She is an avid reader and was a moderator for several years at the prestigious Emirates Literature Festival, held annually in Dubai. Sethu Suresh Kumar holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Delhi.

Mr. C R Rajgopal
C. R. Rajagopal is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with a vast experience of more than 35 years. His professional career includes serving as the Head of Finance and Accounts at a leading listed textile company and later as a Partner in a leading Professional Services Firm for 22 years before retiring. As a Senior Audit Partner, he has handled leading companies in textiles, fashion, automotive component manufacturing, mining, agriculture, plantations, and retail industries. His core areas of expertise include finance, private equity, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He specializes in and is highly adept at the formulation of strategy, governance management, risk mitigation, and financial and corporate restructuring. He is passionate about the development and growth of family-owned businesses and has advised and mentored more than 15 enterprises, which are now recognized players with a global presence.
